Rabbits
In the wild, rabbits have plenty to keep them occupied, from food to reproduction and territorial defence.

Habbit
Habitats include meadows, woods, forests, grassland and deserts. Rabbits live in groups and the best known species is the European rabbit. It lives in underground burrows, or rabbit holes. A group of burrows is called a warren.

Facts
The male rabbit is called a buck. Females are called a doe and young rabbits are called a kitten. Newborn baby is a called a kit.

Appearance
There are many breeds of rabbits including mini lop eared and a rex rabbit and many more to list they don’t appear in antarctica they have a fluffy tale and a good sense of smell they can come in any different shapes and sizes big and small.They can come in different colours like brown ,white,black and mixed colours and many more different colours.

Behaviour

When rabbits are annoyed or scared they may stomp their foot.

Reproduction
How often do rabbits have babies?  Rabbits usually have babies at 30 days and usually have litters between 4 to 12 babies (kits) depending on the breed. Once babies born, the doe (female rabbit) can mate and get pregnant again as soon as the following day.

Diet
Rabbits are Herbivores and only eat grass ,carrots and pellets they also eat dock-leaves they have vitamin c in it.Also many more.

What NOT to feed them.
Do NOT feed them letters or they will get a tummy ache and die. Do NOT feed them Ivy, poppies, arrow grass which is a type of grass, broken fern and many more to list.

Now you know what to do with your rabbit and what to feed it. If you take care of them they can live up to 14 years.
